Had a torn meniscus. Hurt like hell. After a few sessions, all is good. Was able to walk without my ace bandage. Landon was always concerned with my knee, asking me how's it feeling. Very professional. Corrected me when I wasn't in good form doing the exercises. As a total, very good experience thanks to him
