I was very pleased with the therapy I received for my broken Fibula from Eileen Duwall-Agostina and Richard Viskewich, as well as all the staff. They were very attentive and personable. With that being said, I am extremely displeased with the lack of communication regarding the billing. When I arrived for an appointment with the Orthopedic doctor, I was asked for the insurance co pay, whereas the Physical Therapy was never asked for let alone conveyed that the insurance did not cover portions of the service. in addition, the Orthopedic Doctor requested 6-8 weeks of therapy. After my 8 weeks were completed, I was booked another 2 weeks of therapy which I completed. If it was not for a work trip I had to leave town for, I was booked another 3 weeks of therapy. Making the total 13 weeks of which I was never relayed the amount of the service for which I find extremely frustrating to receive an invoice for service totaling almost $4.000. If the therapy was not covered by my insurance, I would have thought it would be noted as such and to book an additional 6 weeks of therapy is rather disturbing.
