Six months ago, I ruptured my Achilles. This week I've jogged, jumped, and trained a number of athletic movements. I wanted to take moment and give my sincerest thank you to Dr. Yu and Trinity for everything they have done. Dr. Yu was incredibly informative and supportive before and after surgery and the surgery was without complication. Dr. Yu set me up for success. Trinity has been instrumental in my physical therapy and returning to my previous self. Every week and every session more I can notice a difference in my strength and mobility which gives em confidence to keep pushing for more. I would highly recommend Dr. Yu, Trinity, ND both of their teams for anyone unfortunate to be in the same circumstances that I was in.
