I just wanted to let you know that your Physical Therapist Alex Bossert is 1 of the top therapists I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Most PT’s over the years, stuck with the standard protocol of using exercises and stretches whether they helped or not.. I feel Alex is very vested in my recovery. If an exercise or stretch is not working for me he will take the time to come up with something else that will work. I’ve had plenty of PT’s in the past who would ignore that fact and walk away. He is definitely an asset to your organization. Going from my past behavior. I am sure I will be back again in the future to work with Alex..
