I had serve pain in my spinal and the doctor told me that I my spinal was not align. They recommend me to go to physical therapy near my home. I started going 1 or 2 times a week for at least 2 months. There I was treated by doctor Lin who was extremely patient and kind to teach me how to strength my spine.
