I came in with a shoulder problem, but that ended up healing pretty quickly a couple days later I hurt my back really bad and herniated two discs and Lewis came to the rescue and helped my back. I’ve been coming for 2 to 3 years for my back and Lewis has helped me tremendously and I was able to go back to my sport safely and strong, I am forever grateful for what he did for me and I will continue to go to him for my recovery and to get exercises for my back to stay strong and healthy.
