In October of 2023 I was told the labrum in my left shoulder was torn. After trying physical therapy with limited success I opted for the surgery to repair the labrum. In January 2024 I had the surgery and have been rehabbing the shoulder ever sense. I was an avid fitness enthusiast before the tear and was concerned about re-tearing the labrum and having a limited range of motion after recovery. Thanks to the outstanding care and treatment Bobby Nabeyama provided me I'm no longer concerned. I'm already back to weightlifting less than a year after the surgery and my Army Combat Fitness Test Score is back to what it was before. The range of motion I currently have is almost identical to before the surgery but now I have much better control and stability in the shoulder. I'm confidant that working with Bobby will continue to yield great results and get my shoulder stronger and healthier than before. I can't thank Bobby enough.
