Ms. Dana Silbert PT. DPT has made a significant impact on my well being. I presented myself to O&C Garden City PT office. Ms. Dana was assigned to evaluate me. After my evaluation she stated " I am sure we can work our way to make your back strong and minimize your back pain." this statement was truly comforting. Over the weeks and months I have gone to PT and told her about my concerns and she would hear everything I had to say and explain what she and I could do to alleviate my concerns. She would modify my PT program. Her actions told me she cared. I feel much stronger and better than when I first came. I hope to continue my PT in near future. I feel truly lucky to have received care from someone as dedicated and compassionate as Ms. Dana. If your organization has a program to celebrate outstanding employee contribution, I would like to nominate Ms. Dana Silbert for this award. I have recommended Ms. Dana and O and C Garden city physical therapy center to all my friends so they know where to go and get exceptional care. I would also recognize Ms. Stephanie PT DPT who provided exceptional care when Ms. Dana was unavailable. The team of "assistance" and front desk staff are real Gem. They are on top of their game.
