I started PT for a torn rotator cuff. Leo put together a program that helped me strengthen my muscles and help me get back to pain free movements. I was very pleased with the work he did as well as Kim. I have returned to my normal workout but first always a warm up! Thank you Leo for all the lessons and good advice! It was such a good experience!
