In 2023 I had a car accident where I needed prehab before bilateral carpel tunnel surgeries I can’t speak highly enough of Hamlet. From day one, he was patient, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. I came in due to an auto accident which caused me to need carpal tunnel surgeries, and thanks to his personalized approach, I’ve regained so much confidence and strength each session was challenging and encouraging, and he always made sure I understood the purpose behind every exercise. I’m truly grateful for the care and support I received – it made a huge difference in my journey to prepare for my surgeries and my recovery. Now almost 2 years later my hands have no pain or numbness . He also prepared me for the after care from the surgeries with a great home exercise program. He suggested products I could use at home which I had no issues finding on Amazon from a night brace to something to use in the shower after my surgeries to keep my hands dry. If I had to suggest an OT to anyone it would be Hamlet. If I ever needed OT again I will be going back to Hamlet in Smithtown.
