I went in for simple Arthroscopic meniscus fix . All went well until ten days later I developed an infection in my knee. Two more procedures later , I am in pt with Alex. He is very knowledgeable and was able to work around the fluid filled knee. After taking some new meds the fluid fried up and Alex was able to step up the routine. Now i can do time on the bike and squats etc. Alex is an outstanding physical therapist who understands his patients needs. One of his best traits is of teacher. He explains all the exercises which lets you be part of your treatment. His sense of humor and calm professionalism put me at ease right away even though I was in brutal pain when I first met him. All the progress I have made is a direct result of his actions. I would also like to commend the medical team headed by Dr. Fracchia for their thorough and continued care. Orlin and Cohen is a center of excellence and all your team members are well trained and compassionate. Thank you to all and especially Dr. Alex and Dr Fracchia
