I began Physical Therapy with an excruciating lower back pain, due to a work injury, limiting me from doing every day normal activities. I was very stiff and the most minimal movements felt very uncomfortable. With every PT session there was an improvement. I am most grateful for Nina, as she worked with my ability to do certain exercises, as I had a vertigo flare up for a couple of my sessions, and Nina did not only understand, she knew exactly what I needed. Gradually Nina challenged me to get better by working on strengthening my core to help support and also strengthen my lower back. The amount of professionalism as well as comprehending my physical capabilities were beyond met by Nina. As one goes through physical therapy, sometimes the frustration of not being 100% can be overwhelming and pretty depressing. Nina always had the ability to redirect that focus with her relatable stories and amazing sense of humor. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.
