This past winter I injured my back shoveling snow (it’s been a bad winter). This is a recurring issue because of my two herniated discs. Jamie and Roma put in the time and care of having me 100% in almost six weeks of proper treatment and programming. I’ve never progressed this fast with any other PT. I feel stronger and confident in going back to the gym and training. Thanks so much!
