I feel compelled to write this letter of commendation to these outstanding and dedicated doctors. This will be the first and probably only letter to a doctor's office but I feel it is well-deserved.

Back in 1965, I was involved in a major motorcycle accident that left me with a broken femur and my right side being paralyzed. Luckily for me, most of the paralyzation has subsided, but the surgery to repair my femur bone left me with 14% misalignment of the tibia. Over time, this developed into my knee and ankle with major damage and pain.

Dr. Germano and Dr. Zaret performed the required surgery to replace my knee and ankle. Now approaching 70 years old, these surgeries have given me a new life and I owe it all to them. I tell everyone about their outstanding work.
