I started my therapy sessions in December of 2022. I didn't know what to expect, but after my initial meeting with the Therapist I understood that a plan to improve my strength, endurance,flexibility and range of motion was the goal. I followed the instructions and after a few sessions I started to see improvements in my self that weren't there before. As I continued, I looked forward to the sessions knowing this plan works. Through January, February, and into March I continued with my sessions and given a list of exercises to do at home now that I am finished. The staff and therapists at Orlin&Cohen are to be commended for their Professionalism and caring manner that they display. Thank you for giving me the time to reflect my feelings. Stephen Pohalski
