Kevin Filetto, PA-C, is a dedicated orthopedic physician assistant at Orlin & Cohen. With comprehensive clinical expertise, Kevin plays a crucial role in patient care, where he gathers medical histories, performs exams, reviews diagnostics, and develops personalized treatment plans.
Kevin honed his skills with clinical rotations at Ellenville Regional Hospital, Midhudson Regional Hospital, and Northern Dutchess Hospital, among others. In these settings, Kevin gained valuable experience across medical specialties, including orthopedic and general surgery, pediatrics, emergency medicine, and critical care.
Driven by a desire to help others, Kevin has lent his knowledge voluntarily in a number of roles that improve the health of his community. As a volunteer physical therapy aide at Stony Brook Therapy, he helped prepare patients for treatment and assisted physical therapists in executing treatment plans. His time as an emergency room volunteer at Stony Brook University Hospital provided him with firsthand exposure to various medical scenarios, including level 1 traumas and adult and pediatric emergencies.
Committed to excellence in his practice, Kevin is devoted to ongoing professional development and is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the New York State Society of Physician Assistants (NYSSPA).
