Stephanie R. is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled physical therapist and also a very good natured, friendly and pleasant person. My visits have been extremely helpful. I have been visiting her after having surgery on my rotator cuff and the treatment plan she has designed is helping me tremendously. After just 2 weeks the pain is has dissipated and the range of motion is slowly but surely improving. Stephanie challenges me with various exercises to relieve my pain. Her plan is well thought out and sustainable over time, with exercises to help improve mobility and flexibility in my arm and to help prevent recurrences in the future. Most importantly she has been incredibly friendly and attentive during each of my appointments! I can't recommend her highly enough!
