After having talked to friends and family I know that have also torn their ACL’s and listening to their horror stories of hard it was lead me to go into physical therapy a little anxious, and timid. My first day of therapy was a quick 30min and I clearly remember leaving that first session feeling informed and hopeful that together Michelle and I would see this through. Michelle is a phenomenal caring and thoughtful physical therapist. She mad me feel like I had a very specific game plan tailored to my recovery and I absolutely recommend her.
