I have been going to your Physical Therapy location in Garden City, NY for to an injury to my neck & shoulder. I wanted to take a moment to say “thank you” for creating such an impressive organization. Whether for a new injury or for an old one, I am repeatedly amazed at how professional, knowledgeable & effective your staff is at getting to the source of the problem and for saving me days (and probably years) of unnecessary limitations. I am referring to your wonderful PT, Nina Ribeiro who has been graciously taking care of me , not to mention how talented & knowledgeable she is. And what a great communicator she is by helping me understand what was happening and why. Being so young herself dealing every day with patients with pains made me wonder how strong she is. So many times her joy and encouragement have lifted me out of the stress from the pain I was going through. Thank you so much Nina for the excellent treatment you gave me. And thank you to your organization for hiring the “Best”. She is truly exceptional
