I came because I had an SI joint inflammation that made it hard to sit and sleep. Landon listened to my concerns, he was attentive and made me feel supported. I had 3 sessions with him in total and each time I felt challenged and I could feel my muscles getting stronger. Although what I came in for wasn't an injury, Landon still worked hard to ensure I wasn't in pain. I am grateful for the all his help.
