I’ve been going to O&C for close to 20 years. Many sports related injuries as well as wear and tear…..knees, shoulders, wrists, feet etc. including full knee replacement. This round of PT and pain management was for my legs, knees, and back. Could not walk 1/4 mile and pickleball was painful. Started PT with Kim Conway and Rob Gadsden who really worked on getting me functionally better. About 5 weeks into it Dr Yadegar did a lower lumbar epidural. I am feeling great. Can walk miles and my pickleball playing feels good. Thanks Guys!
