I was suffering frome severe pain in both hard due to arthritis. Dr. Cruz advised me should she could give me injections into my hand. She also told me they were the most painful shots she gives. We went ahead and did the painful shots and I was very happy about 3 or 4 hours later. Dr. Cruz is the best.
