After my rotator cuff surgery I started PT with James. He took the time to listen to me and let me ask as many questions I needed. James showed me exercises and watched to make sure I was doing them correctly and gave me the motivation to keep going when it got tough. His care and attention to me was the key to my recovery. For 6 months I put my trust in him and it paid off. Good as new. Without him and Roma I would never have made it. I cannot thank them enough.
