I haven't had PT for a number of years. After the survey, Leslie sat me down and we did my evaluation. The conversation was very relaxed and while it seemed like it was very casual she was actually finding out about my history and current activities so she could use this information to help build which exercise I would need to get better. Leslie made my experience feel personal and not just going through the motions. It wasn't a chore to go to PT, I actually looked forward to going because of Leslie and her assistants (who were great).
