Lewis is truly the best out there! Having needed labrum surgery on my shoulder during my senior season of softball, I was devastated. I had lost all confidence and didn’t know if I would continue with my career in college as a result. Working with Lewis has transformed not only my strength physically, but mentally! He brings such a positive perspective to every exercise, is incredibly encouraging, and genuinely cares about his patients. 3 months since my surgery, and I can confidently say I am stronger than before, both physically and mentally. I am entering my freshman year of college and will be playing club softball after I’m cleared. This would not have been possible without the amazing guidance from Lewis and his staff!
