I had trouble lifting bags of groceries, had trouble reaching dishes in the kitchen cabinets and I couldn’t carry a pot to the stove. I also had back pain during walking and couldn’t lay flat in bed. Now with the healing hands of PT James Curley, I can do all the actives without pain . As a member of Heartsmarts I can now walk my ten thousand steps a day without pain.
