I couldn’t raise my arm. Doing simple tasks like getting dressed, putting on a coat, reaching up and buckling my seatbelt were difficult. I was diagnosed as having frozen shoulder. After 3 months of physical therapy Skylar has made the tasks of daily living simple again. I am pain free and able to reach the top shelf again because of her. She gave me exercises to do in therapy as well as at home. Now I forget that i ever hurt myself! Thanks Skylar!
