I was diagnosed with scoliosis in December 2023. My orthopedist suggested PT and gave my mom a list to chose from. She chose Orthosport since they are close to where we live.  I started in January. I was assigned to Landon when I came in to get evaluated. He has helped me a lot with my pain with the workouts and stretches. He also gave me workouts to do at home. When I first started, I was in a lot of pain. The pain level when I stared was an 8. After a couple of months, the pain was getting less. After my last session the other day I feel a lot better.
