There are not enough words to say about the kindness and wonderful care I received for both my ailments over the past five months at Orlin & Cohen PT Woodbury, NY. Tatiana and staff learned my personal tolerance and in a very professional way handled my treatment program with the knowledge of each body part, giving me the support, I needed. My achilleas injury was treated in record time. My back and leg ailments were treated on a much-needed moderate schedule that not only had me back to my daily activities but gave me the knowledge and courage to manage going forward. The entire staff stayed with my effort and progress throughout my tenure with Orlin and Cohen Group. Also, give credit to the front office. They were always pleasant and accommodating my needs on scheduling, paperwork, etc. On one occasion I overheard them walking through a concerned patient on the phone with such courtesy that it gave me comfort that customer service is back.
