I had a severe case of Plantar Fasciitis /heal tears and saw Dr. Feder who prescribed Physical Therapy. I went to the Orlin and Cohen PT in Massapequa. I was evaluated by Todd who immediately made me feel welcomed and calm. The therapy room is clean, neat and organized. I never had to wait for my scheduled appointment. The receptionists at the front desk were friendly and helpful and always knew my name upon checking in. The 3 therapy assistants, Jay, Sean and John were very attentive to me and clearly explained my exercises. At various times, I saw different therapists - Leo, Ross, and Kim, in addition to Todd. All 4 of them were professional, kind, warm and friendly. I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was there!! I had about 15 visits and was discharged on 6/14/23. My foot is heeled and feeling no pain. I hope I don't damage it again, but if I do, I will definitely go back to the Massapequa office for another round of PT. Margaret Mancari
