I suffered a severe cervical sprain from a car accident making it impossible for me to turn my head left or right. In addition to the discomfort I was in I was unable to drive ! My therapist Andrew created a therapy program that stretched and strengthened the muscles in my neck to eliminate the spasm and tightness in my muscles. Andrew took the time to explain the purpose and goal of each exercise and was always encouraging and kind. Thanks to him I'm now able to turn my neck and drive pain free🥰
