Was recommended to take some physical therapy for a sore knee that wasn't getting any better. Tony is the therapist I was paired with and I m extremely pleased with the outcome. He is professional & very knowledgeable, helped me understand my injury (IT band strain), what was needed for it to improve, and gave me a wide range of exercises to do at my sessions with him and on my own at home. He answered any questions I had during treatment and kept coming up with ways to challenge me in my sessions and also incorporated my background in yoga to help with my recovery. He creates a relaxed & welcoming atmosphere that I found beneficial since this was my first time working with a physical therapist. I'll be having my final session with him next week and my knee has shown a lot of improvement. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with and I'd recommend him without question.
