I originally contacted Orlin & Cohen to have my knees evaluated because my husband was so pleased with a shoulder revision surgery with Dr. Ticker, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Germano. My knees were in bad shape due to Arthritis. My right knee was operated on in May of 2022 & my left knee in September of 2022. I felt so much better until my hips became very painful over a year later. Knowing that Dr. Germano did hips as well as knees I felt very confident seeing him again. It turns out - both my hips need to be replaced. My right hip was replaced two weeks ago & I feel like a new person gaining my life back. My left hip still needs to be replaced & when Dr. Germano gives the ok - it will be scheduled. Dr. Germano is an excellent surgeon & I cannot say enough good things about him. He is very patient answering all of your questions & he is very caring. The staff is exceptional as well. The PA’s, front desk & the Out Patient Physical Therapy is the best (I go to Garden City)! Everyone is very caring. Sunita, Roxanna, Troy & Jo have helped me so much. Please don’t suffer because you are afraid, This team will have you covered.
