In 2022 I injured first my foot and ankle later my shoulder during sporting competitions. After meeting with orthopedic surgeons at Orlin and Cohen. I started PT with Bobby Nabeyama. He explained my injuries. We discussed my expectation to return to high level athletic competitions. After MRI results provided visual details of each injury. He explained and guided me thru plan to return to a full recovery. He educated me on techniques and exercises that not only strengthen my injured ankle and shoulder. He pointed out weaknesses that contributed to these injuries. After a short time I was able to return to racing and Ninja Warrior competitions. First fulfilling my goal of competing at the Spartan OCR Trifecta World Championships in Greece. Then first place Gold at the UNAA Ninja Warrior competition.
