I have put off my surgery for a long time and went to Dr Zaret to just get a second opinion. What I got was what I needed, the right doctor and the right office. I can’t say enough how easy the office made this every step of the way. The pre=surgical MRI was scheduled quickly, the surgery was also scheduled quickly. Janelle was amazing and so helpful (and pleasant) getting my FMLA approved she had the paperwork back to me in a day! The surgery center was also friendly from Camille checking me in, to Fran my nurse and Dr Choo (sp?) was thorough with my medical history even researching a weird neuro muscular condition I have. Of course Dr Zaret was upbeat and positive and explained everything every step of the way and communicated with my husband right away. I know it was only foot surgery but you never realize how important your feet are until they are not behaving! Could not recommend them more highly or thank them enough for making it such a positive experience.
