I started physical therapy for the various aches and pains I had. I was always taken on time for my appointments. Yiyu Lin was always cheerful and encouraging. She was empathetic and sympathetic. She was diligent in watching me do the exercises and carefully explained how to do them. My pain has lessened and I will keep doing the exercises she gave me to do at home.
