I had major reconstruction on my right shoulder in April 2012 with Dr Levitz and in September I had my left Achilles’ tendon re attached. I did physical therapy at Peak Performance in Lynbrook. While rehabbing both post surgical procedures I blew out my left knee. Once again Dr Levitz came to the rescue. I continued rehabbing both the Achilles and knee until May. In 2015 in had similar shoulder surgery on my left shoulder with Dr Levitz but did my rehab with Professional Sports therapy. Dr Levitz continued to treat my knee for several years. He’s basically kept me upright. Great doctor great staff.
