I tore my ACL while skiing in December 2021. The following February, Dr. Mait performed the surgery and I began my recovery. Throughout he was supportive and kept a positive mindset even when I didn’t. He supported me when I wanted to return to complex activity early. Throughout this time I went to physical therapy and Liffy and Ray consistently pushed me to work hard and strengthen my knee. Even on the rough days they cheered me on and eventually all the things that seemed so difficult became relatively simple.
